Our approach is a hybrid mix of an incubator, accelerator and VC model. Our approach is to tackle the challenges that arise from traditional Afro-centric incubator and accelerator models by providing a la carte programs and initiatives that are tailored to specific founders' problems in real time via a rapid-fire virtual process. We are poised to continually organize resources for founders by creating and building access to strategic partnerships within the community and beyond.

Many venture capitalists worldwide tend to prioritize startups with well-networked founders and a focus on opportunities with a large addressable market or traction, similar to Series ABCD startups.
As a result, 86% of early-stage founders across the continent are often overlooked, which creates a significant barrier to success for many aspiring entrepreneurs.
However, within a short 11 months, our investor-ready teams have managed to generate an impressive $1.2M in revenue and secure $1.8M in funding in less than a year.
